A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars for three regional business leaders across multiple time zones
Coordinate and book international travel arrangements for supported leaders
Process and manage expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
Experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously is preferred
Prior experience at a large technology company is a plus
Minimum of 12 months of continuous high-level administrative support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools is preferred
