Key Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships and develop strategies for engagement with stakeholders

Align Microsoft solutions with customer needs to facilitate digital transformation

Lead program planning and execution to ensure customer success and operational health

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of related experience, or Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience

Experience in customer success, solution delivery, or consulting roles

U.S. citizenship verification required due to legal restrictions

Ability to pass a Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire and every two years thereafter
