Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Product Claims Analyst.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct reviews of data integrations and audit system reports to ensure data accuracy
Participate in customer calls to discuss integration performance and resolve issues
Support onboarding of new HRIS customers and generate operational reports for analysis
Required Qualifications :
Strong understanding of HR systems and HRIS integrations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
Experience in data analysis, error troubleshooting, and data reconciliation
Minimum 3 years of experience in Disability Claims or related areas
Experience with Workday and HR technology integrations preferred
