Project Manager
A well-established Yakima manufacturing company has partnered with Aspen Personnel Service to recruit an experienced and highly organized Project Manager . This position plays a central role in managing customer projects from sale to completion, ensuring exceptional service, efficient coordination, and successful delivery. You will work closely with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams including sales, production, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Manage the full project cycle from initial sale through delivery.
Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Coordinate project activities with sales, management, production, and dispatch teams.
Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Read and interpret architectural, civil, and structural blueprints and plans.
Prepare and process quotes, bids, and proposals.
Track and document project progress, activities, and customer communications.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project status.
Maintain organized records and project documentation.
Support business development and estimating efforts as needed.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
2+ years of project management experience.
Experience in construction, manufacturing, concrete, or precast industries preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Ability to read architectural, civil, and structural engineering plans.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Full-time, Monday – Friday
