YOUR MISSION (The Job Description)
The dual Massage Therapist / Esthetician will be responsible for delivering a knowledgeable, warm and truly remarkable spa treatment to our guests, ensuring everyone leaves feeling better. This team member must have a passion for massage therapy and skin care, providing curated recommendations for home care.
THE NITTY-GRITTY (The Essential Job Duties)
- Perform massages and body treatments being well versed in a variety of modalities, retaining both protocol and product knowledge
- Use excellent communication skills with guests and staff including verbal, written and body language. Be able to adjust your service and treatment as necessary because of this communication
- Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized work environment including stocking of supplies, mixing and portioning spa product in accordance with state board standards
- Follow guest service, treatment and presentation standards
- Prepare treatment product and supplies for each guest and be able to make recommendations for treatments and home care products to meet their needs
- Perform skin care, waxing, and body treatment services, retaining both protocol and product knowledge
- Assist with additional job-related tasks as directed by leadership
- Inspect and maintain areas for which responsible
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum 1 year experience as a Massage Therapist in a resort spa environmentMinimum 1 year experience as an Esthetician in a resort spa environmentMinimum age of 21.Current, legal and unrestricted ability to work in The United StatesValid Nevada State Board Massage LicenseValid Nevada State Board Cosmetology or Esthetician LicenseWOULD BE NICE TO HAVE'S
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Massage Therapist and Esthetician in a resort spa environmentTHE WORKING CONDITIONS

These actions are required to assist guests in the proper use of equipment and to perform other job dutiesLift up to 60 pounds and push and pull up to 100 pounds of towels, equipment and suppliesOperate in a working environment that is subject to varying levels of cold, heat, wet / humid conditions, crowds and sound.
