Manager of Payment Operations

A company is looking for a Manager of Payment Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the operational owner for all Stripe Connect and Treasury workflows

Engage directly with production company customers to resolve onboarding issues and ensure a high-quality experience

Document user journeys and create SOPs and enablement materials for processes

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years in Payments Operations, Fintech, or Platform Operations

Experience leading teams or mentoring junior operations members

Deep understanding of KYB, ACH fund flows, and account verification processes

Hands-on operational experience with troubleshooting and customer interaction

Structured thinker with strong analytical and documentation skills
