Strong understanding of business processes in Finance (P2P, R2R, O2C) and HR (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning). Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions. Sr. Director Level and ideal to come from a Consulting background and companies dealing with Mergers and acquisitions 8+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise applications in Manufacturing, Operations, and supply chain domains. Proven success leading IT service delivery in complex, global, or acquisition-driven organizations. Demonstrated ability to partner with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into technology solutions. Own end-to-end IT service delivery for Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement applications. Manage day-to-day system operations, enhancements, and support across a diverse ERP environment. Establish SLAs, KPIs, and service governance to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability. Define and govern the multi-year applications roadmap for Operations and Supply Chain systems. Lead projects to streamline and standardize business processes across disparate ERP systems. Drive the execution of ERP consolidation initiatives toward a unified, scalable platform. Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions to enable supply chain visibility, manufacturing efficiency, and procurement automation. Build, mentor, and lead an IT applications support and delivery team aligned to Operations and Supply Chain. Manage vendor and system integrator relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Oversee contracts, licensing, and vendor performance against agreed outcomes. Serve as the primary IT liaison to Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement leadership. Translate business requirements into IT solutions that deliver measurable value. Provide transparent communication on roadmap progress, project status, and system performance to senior leadership. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 8+ years of IT applications management experience with 3+ years in a service delivery or leadership role. Proven track record managing ERP environments in manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement contexts (Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar). Demonstrated success leading ERP transformation or consolidation initiatives. Strong vendor management and project leadership experience. Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES), supply chain planning, or procurement solutions a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills. Strategic thinker with ability to align IT applications to business operations and growth goals. Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement processes. Skilled at balancing operational stability with transformation initiatives. Capable of influencing senior leadership and building consensus across functions. Experienced in high-growth, global, or multi-ERP environments.
