Responsibilities :

• Run ID / OD polishers to ensure product quality.
• Perform 'Air Underwater Hydro Testing' to maintain safety standards.
• Operate forklifts or be willing to learn for efficient material handling.
• Print, pick, and pack customer orders on schedule.
• Label and stage customer packages according to specifications.
• Perform finished goods inventory cycle counts and replenish inventory in storage racks.
• Assist with shipment loading to ensure timely deliveries.
• Achieve forklift certification and operate the forklift in a safe manner.

Work Environment, Shift Hours, and Pay :

A Shift : 5 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Monday-Thursday ($18)

B Shift : 5 : 00pm-5 : 00am, Monday-Thursday ($18 + $2 premium)

C Shift : 5 : 00am-5 : 00pm, Friday, Saturday, Sunday ($18 + $6 premium)

D Shift : 5 : 00pm-5 : 00am, Friday, Saturday, Sunday ($18 + $8 premium)

Training may take 3-6 months, and you will initially train on A shift. The facility employs approximately 100 people across four shifts, ensuring a close-knit team environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Janesville, WI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
