A company is looking for a Senior Account Executive for Personal Lines Insurance in the Southeast Platform.Key Responsibilities : Advise and assist clients in understanding coverage options, making recommendations, handling policy changes, and addressing client inquiriesProcure new business by analyzing client exposures, preparing quotes, proposals, and applications, and soliciting additional lines of coverageMaintain client accounts, document conversations, respond to carrier requests, and adhere to agency procedures to ensure accuracy and complianceRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education : Must hold a 2-20 License / Certification and possess a High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of five years of experience as a personal lines account manager / customer service representative, preferably in a multi-line insurance agency / brokerProficiency in agency automation systems, Microsoft Office products, and strong typing skillsAbility to interpret policy change requests, communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies, and delegate work efficientlyExperience in reviewing renewals, processing agency bill renewals, and maintaining follow-up systems for outstanding orders and correspondence
