A company is looking for a Director of Licensing & Carrier Contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies for licensing, carrier appointments, and book of business migration

Oversee agent and agency licensing processes, ensuring compliance and timely renewals

Manage departmental resources and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years in management

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Experience managing cross-functional and remote teams

Expertise in insurance licensing, carrier contracting, and compliance

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry platforms
