Job descriptionRelevant college degree with preference for Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction or Business Management. Experience negotiating and executing EPC contracts for PV and BESS. Experience working in the utility-scale renewable energy industry. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team. Experience in leading complex supplier negotiations. Sound knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and SAP. Business fluent proficiency in English. Strategic thinker with a track record for developing innovative solutions to difficult business problems. Demonstrated ability to deliver while handling large numbers of diverse tasks. Team player with strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen. Highly analytical with the ability to consider risk perspectives during complex negotiations. Strong eye for detail and ensuring accuracy in exchanges of information and contracts. Ability to work independently to create tactical plans out of strategic goals. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Consensus-builder. Positive attitude. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time. Competitive compensation : $166,000 to $184,000 annually plus a 20% annual bonus. Senior Manager, Tenders

What You'll Do
- Lead tendering activity, bid review and normalization, comparison, and development of award recommendations for EPC contracts and, in some cases, O&M service contracts.
- Work within the Preconstruction and Tenders group of the EPC Department, and will work closely with Project Management and Engineering teams.
- Participate in marketing of project pipeline to EPC contractors.
- Drive relationship management with key EPC vendors.
- Prepare, distribute, and manage RFP packages for EPC services.
- Ensure that appropriate diligence is completed on the potential supplier base through company pre-qualification procedures.
- Interview and evaluate bidders, and work with all project stakeholders to reach award recommendations.
- Negotiate and execute LNTP Agreements, EPC Agreements, and other consulting and services contracts, including all supporting exhibits, as required.
- Ensure that contracts comply with technical and commercial requirements.
- Mentor, support, and guide junior team members.
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders from Development, Project Management, Engineering, Safety and others.
