Litigation Associate

Boutique firm in Walnut Creek is in immediate need for a Litigation Associate for their growing Insurance Defense practice.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of law firm experience in Insurance Defense Product Liability Construction Defect and General Liability. A successful candidate will be capable of running cases communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel arguing motions in court and have strong analytical research and writing skills. Deposition experience a plus. California bar membership is required.
