Market Analysis : Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and customer needs. Stay abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate contract terms and close agreements.
Performance Metrics : Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing business development activities. Track key account metrics and report on business development activities.
Cross-Functional Teamwork : Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
Networking : Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market trends.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to communicate all offerings to clients effectively and prospects.
Strategic Planning : Participate in the formulation of strategic business plans, identifying risk factors and business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven working experience as a business development or account manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Strong network and experience in the relevant ISP industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Proficiency in using Zoho CRM software and Google Suite.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
