This role offers the convenience of working virtually at home while requiring candidates to live within a 100 mile radius of specific zip codes and report in person when required. The position is within the US Card Workforce Management team, which supports a large call center network by providing staffing planning and analysis to optimize customer experience, agent flexibility, and efficient economics. This role blends problem-solving / analytics, process management, and relationship management, with a focus on delivering staffing recommendations using service level targets to care for the customer experience and budgetary commitments.

Key responsibilities include :

• Delivering staffing recommendations using service level targets
• Monitoring data trends to measure effectiveness
• Building and executing well-managed processes within the Workforce team
• Developing creative recommendations to solve business challenges
• Partnering with Operations clients, Business Analysts, HR, Tech, and Training
• Extensive interaction with third party suppliers
• Effective communication through phone conferencing, storytelling with PowerPoint, and emails

Salary range for this role is $78,400 - $89,500, depending on location. This role is also eligible for performance based incentive compensation.
