Job description

Warehouse Associate

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven part time Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders and assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment. Job Title : Weekend Shift Picker Pay Rate : Starting pay $19.50 / hr. Location : Jeffersonville, IN Shift : Saturdays and Sundays from 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm

Job Duties :

  • Load / Unload inbound and / or outbound freight from trailers / containers
  • Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
  • Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
  • Transport materials to production workstations
  • Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance
  • Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
  • Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
  • Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities

Requirements :

  • Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner
  • Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties
  • Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift)
  • Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 2550 lbs unassisted
  • Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequently
