As a Personal Attorney Associate Litigator, you will be responsible for managing cases from initial consultation through resolution while providing exceptional legal representation for our clients. You will collaborate closely with senior attorneys, conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, and represent clients in court. Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury and general litigation matters.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents as required.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients’ best interests at every stage of the litigation process.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about their cases.
• Work collaboratively with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and enhance your skills.
