Looking for an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to lead a $30M project! Solid pipeline of projects and room for growth!

Job Description

Manage all onsite activities for the $30M multifamily construction project. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Oversee safety compliance and enforce safety protocols on-site. Monitor project progress and proactively address any potential delays or issues. Communicate project updates to key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. Ensure adherence to project budgets and resource allocation. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control. Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all project phases.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - $30M Multifamily Project should have : experience with ground up multifamily projects, a proven track record managing multifamily construction projects, a strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards, excellent leadership and communication skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively, problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
