Specialized Fiduciary Administrator II, Estate Settlement Services
This role provides essential administrative support to the Estate Settlement Account Acceptance Group. Responsibilities include performing routine account maintenance, working within the Account Acceptance Portal and other bank systems, retrieving files, managing optical imaging, and assisting with drafting routine correspondence such as letters and emails. The position also supports account administration and client service needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform account maintenance and updates in internal systems.
Navigate and manage tasks within the Account Acceptance Portal.
Retrieve and organize files and documents for review and processing.
Assist in drafting routine communications (letters, emails) related to account administration.
Support officers in decision-making by working within various bank systems.
Participate in or lead projects as assigned.
Prepare reports and conduct research to support team operations.
Qualifications :
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of trust administration and estate settlement processes.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal partners and teammates across departments.
