Job descriptionMonth-end Close : Journal Entries Balance Sheet Reconciliations Prepare commissions, comp plans, contract reviews Vendor Audit Review : Banking information, W9's, 1099 documentation Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Experience : Open to experienced professionals or recent graduates (internship or office experience a plus). Tech-Savvy : Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs) required, experience with AS400 or ERP systems is a plus. Strong Communicator : This is not a heads-down role - you'll interact with operations, accounting, and leadership daily. Detail-Oriented & Self-Motivated : Someone who takes initiative and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.
