Key Responsibilities

Design and optimize tokenomics models using advanced mathematical and economic principles

Lead token launch strategy and execution, including vesting schedules and distribution mechanisms

Drive community growth initiatives and develop engagement strategies aligned with token utility

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in designing and launching tokenomics systems with measurable success

Strong quantitative background with advanced skills in mathematics, economics, and game theory

Proven track record of successful Token Generation Events (TGEs) in relevant market segments

Deep expertise in DeFi protocols and understanding of token utility design patterns

Experience in community building and marketing within the crypto / web3 space
