We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering and updating data across our internal systems with accuracy and efficiency. This is an entry-level position and perfect for individuals who are organized, dependable, and looking to work from the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities :
Input and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and online systems
Verify data accuracy and correct any errors
Organize and maintain electronic records
Perform routine data quality checks
Follow data entry procedures and confidentiality guidelines
Communicate with team members via email or chat as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to type at least 40 WPM (words per minute)
Reliable internet connection and personal computer
Good time management and self-motivation
No prior experience needed — training will be provided

Requirements
Education & Experience : High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in insurance investigations, law enforcement, or related field. Experience conducting surveillance and writing professional reports. Skills & Competencies : Strong analytical and observational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments. Proficient in investigative software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
