The Law Office of Domingo Garcia is seeking a qualified Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our Dallas litigation team. Candidates should have at least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably involving personal injury cases.

Responsibilities :

• Preparing discovery and discovery responses
• Preparation for hearings, trials, mediation, and scheduling depositions
• Drafting and filing pleadings and motions
• Calendaring hearings and deadlines
• Performing administrative duties
• Ability to organized and prioritize a litigation docket
• Ability in monitoring medical care, following up on medical and billing affidavits
• Ability to communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Communicate with the court
