💼 Full-Time | Reports to Director of Investments & Operations

We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Investor Relations & Operations Analyst to join a growing real estate investment platform. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that supports investor relations, operations, marketing, and executive initiatives.

If you’re organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike — this could be a great fit.

About the Role

You’ll be the connective force between investor relations, investments, operations, and marketing — helping ensure smooth communication, process efficiency, and an excellent investor experience.

This position offers broad exposure to the inner workings of a real estate investment firm and is ideal for someone who enjoys both the operational and relationship sides of the business.

What You’ll Do

Investor Relations

  • Prepare investment materials, quarterly updates, and presentations for investors.
  • Coordinate investor meetings and communications through CRM / portal software (e.g., Juniper Square, IMS).
  • Maintain investor records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for investor inquiries.
  • Support relationship management and investor retention efforts.

Operations & Executive Support

  • Act as liaison between acquisitions, accounting, and leadership teams.
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel coordination.
  • Oversee remote office administration and vendor relationships.
  • Plan team events and company offsites.
  • Support SOP creation, project tracking, and workflow optimization.
  • Marketing & Communications

  • Help create marketing collateral, pitch decks, and investor-facing materials.
  • Manage website updates and social media presence (particularly LinkedIn).
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and branded events.
  • Collaborate with leadership on PR and outreach efforts.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Quick learner, comfortable with new software and tools
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Broad exposure to real estate investing, operations, and investor communications
  • Direct access to senior leadership and meaningful impact on company growth
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture with a focus on excellence and learning
  • Remote flexibility within Northern California
