Masters Social Worker

- Social Worker 2 (LMSW required) : Annual salary range $51,480 - $72,072.
- Social Worker 3 (LCSW license required) : Annual salary range $61,277 - $85,549.
- Sign-on bonus : Up to $10,000 available.

Position Details :
Full-time position with rotating weekends.
- Two positions available : Social Worker 2 (LMSW required) and Social Worker 3 (LCSW license required).
- Responsibilities include non-clinical biopsychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, patient / family support, and discharge planning.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to address patient needs.
- Identify and address barriers to discharge and recovery.
- Perform assessments and develop appropriate discharge plans for high-risk patients.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
Qualifications :
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
- State License Eligible.
- Minimum 1 year of hospital Social Work experience preferred.
