A company is looking for a Benefits Partner to lead the design and execution of benefits programs across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end program management of benefits, including policies, compliance, and communications
Design and maintain benefits best practices and standard operating procedures
Serve as the subject matter expert for benefits, providing guidance to employees and cross-functional partners
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in US benefits program design and management, including healthcare and retirement
Experience working with People Systems and Operations, with a preference for Workday experience
Strong experience managing Leaves of Absence and self-funded medical programs in the US
Working knowledge of benefits programs in Canada and EMEA
Strong financial and technical acumen, with experience in spreadsheets and policy drafting
