The HVAC Remote Support Technician will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our clients and field technicians regarding the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of BAS / BMS systems. You will utilize diagnostic tools and communication platforms to resolve issues efficiently via telephone and email without being physically on-site.
May include :
