A company is looking for a Remote Technical Alarm Specialist.
Key Responsibilities :
Engage with customers to understand their security needs and promote relevant products
Provide technical assistance to customers via scheduled outbound calls, ensuring effective solutions
Troubleshoot and install various alarm products, clearly communicating issues and resolutions
Required Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college credits or a degree preferred
At least 1 year of technical service experience is required
One year of experience with home security systems is highly preferred
Must have a private, quiet work area that meets company standards
Adequate internet bandwidth to perform the role is necessary
