Summary
BaylorCollege of Medicine is recruiting a full-time PediatricPsychologist to join the Division ofPediatric Psychology atCHRISTUS Children’s in San Antonio.
The psychologist will receivean appointment as a full-time Assistant Professor in the Departmentof Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine(BCM).
The position is 100% clinical, but BCMfaculty engage in research, teaching, and administrativeresponsibilities through our collaboration with BCM and CHRISTUSHealth.
Our faculty also present Grand Rounds and train residentsin Pediatrics and Family Medicine and psychology interns duringtheir clinical rotations in behavioral health.

JobDuties
- Providingdiagnostic psychological evaluations, individual interventions, andfamily therapy to children and adolescents seeking outpatientservices in Pediatric Psychologyclinic
- Participating in multidisciplinary teamswith pediatric subspecialties
- Participating increation of newclinics / programs.
MinimumQualifications
- DoctoralDegree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or School Psychology atAPA-accredited programs.
- Completed anAPA-accredited psychology internship.
- Completed a postdoctoral fellowship in child or pediatricpsychology or equivalent experience.
- Licensedor license-eligible in Texas.
- Training and / orexperience with parent interventions and children with behavioraland neurodevelopmental disorders is preferred or must be willing totrain in these areas.
