As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic government location, helping to deter security-related incidents and responding to various situations as they arise. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of people at the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious behavior.

Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and / or hazards to Allied Universal management and client representatives as required.

Support access control procedures, including verifying credentials and assisting visitors with directions or information about the location.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as needed during incidents or drills.

Remain alert and attentive to surroundings and follow all site-specific protocols as directed by Allied Universal and the client.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
