Supply Chain Program Manager (Medical Device Manufacturing)

We're working with a leading medical device company in Sunnyvale that's looking for a Supply Chain Program Manager to drive complex, global supplier projects tied to new product launches, tooling qualifications, and component transitions.
This role owns the plan from start to finish, coordinating between engineering, supply chain, and global suppliers to make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and in compliance.
What You'll Do
- Lead supplier onboarding, tooling, and component qualification projects.
- Manage build-to-print programs with both U.S. and Asia-based suppliers.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Run cross-functional meetings, escalate risks early, and keep documentation organized.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Operations teams.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience leading cross-functional manufacturing or supply chain projectsExperience in a regulated environment (medical device, biotech, or semiconductor preferred).Confident communicator who's comfortable leading meetings and making decisions.Familiar with Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar PM tools.PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.Why You'll Love It
