- Experiencetroubleshooting peripheral devices including printers scanners andApple mobiledevices.
- Providestelephone support related to networking or connectivityissues.
- Installand perform minor repairs to hardware software or peripheralequipment following design or installationspecifications.
- Providesbasic diagnosis analysis and resolution of issues andcustomer(s).
- Independentlyimages and or reimages equipment in preparation fordeployment.
- Experiencewith Microsoft Intune preferred but notrequired
