We are a multi-million-dollar high-end remodeling company growing and expanding our marketing and lead generation efforts! We offer custom bath remodeling that enriches the lives of those we touch with bathrooms that are attractive, durable and maintenance-free. We also offer window replacement and siding replacement. We are seeking sparkling personalities and talented talkers with an entrepreneurial spirit!

We are looking for some new talent to be the face of our company at special events / near our job sites / retail environments. You will speak to potential clients, pass out literature, and answer questions about our products and services. You will not be selling an actual product but opening the door to provide our potential clients with free consultations on their upcoming projects. This is an important part of our business because as the old saying goes, "you only get one chance to make a great first impression!" Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with event attendees, discussing our product and securing sales leads for our team. Hourly pay + bonus based on quality appointments.

Responsibilities

• Attract visitors and staff booth at shows and events
• Promote product and provide basic product overviews to attendees
• Book appointments
• Maintain a professional appearance throughout the event
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of booth
• Engage with passers-by to draw them into the booth
• Explain basic product features and benefits
• Secure entry forms or book in-home sales appointments
• Collect daily leads and provide to Event Coordinator
