About The Role

Impact our users everyday by interacting with them, understanding their requirements, and working with engineers in shipping features multiple times a day.
Shape the early version of our product.
Get to go through Product Market Fit iteration from ground up for an early stage company.
Responsibilities
- Be the idea person in the team for user acquisition. We let you run wild and free.
- Run Campaigns, SEO, cold outreaches or whatever it takes to get users to try our product and receive feedback.
- Work with Founders and Business team to quickly launch features that help in user growth.
- Every member of our team is involved from ideation to implementation
- Iterative and quantitative product development
- Build high-quality UI
- Although we do iterative development, we also keep a high bar for UI polish because our users are designers and the details matter
- Build foundational Growth infrastructure for running experiments, tracking user behavior and engaging users
- Provide thoughtful feedback to others on the team
- Impact our users everyday by shipping features multiple times a day.
- Work with other talented and friendly infrastructure engineers to build the foundation for Life Sciences data advancements over the next decade.
