Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Proposal Coordinator to support the development and submission of high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and other solicitation documents. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant, and compelling proposals aligned with company goals and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end proposal development process, including scheduling, content collection, formatting, and final submission.
• Analyze RFP / RFI requirements and develop compliance matrices and proposal outlines.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, writers, and graphic designers to gather and integrate content.
• Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates.
• Ensure proposals are compliant, well-written, and visually appealing.
• Track proposal progress and deadlines using project management tools.
• Assist in post-submission activities such as debriefs, lessons learned, and archiving.
• Support contract management and proposal to project setup.
