Job Summary
Provides evaluation, direction and application of skilled nursing services to carry out the plan of care and treatment primarily in the homes of clients, and within the realm of accepted standards of practice for a Registered Professional Nurse.
Job Requirements
Education
Required : Graduate of an approved nursing program.
Experience
Required : Minimum of six (6) months experience as registered professional nurse within the last three (3) years in a hospital, nursing home or home care setting.
Skills
Ability to demonstrate good nursing judgment with minimal supervision.
Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers, and physicians, and exhibit an empathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
Required : MO RN License.
Required : Successful completion of competency testing.

Education
Required : Graduate of an accredited License Practical Nursing program
Experience
Required : Minimum of six (6) months work as practical / vocational nurse within the last three (3) years in a hospital, nursing home or home care setting.
Skills
Ability to demonstrate good nursing judgment with minimal supervision.
Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients, families, coworkers, and / or physicians, while maintaining and exhibiting an empathetic attitude toward the sick and elderly.
Licensure / Certification / Registration
Required : LPN License active in the state of Missouri
Required : Successful completion of competency testing
Required : BLS must be obtained within 90 days
Required : Active Driver's License
