Provider Relations Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding experience for newly contracted providers and manage all onboarding milestones

Act as the Subject Matter Expert on technology and provide ongoing support and training for providers

Manage ongoing provider relations, including feedback collection and performance management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field

Experience working within healthcare operations and telemedicine

Project management experience preferred

Experience in mental health is a plus

Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems
