Provider Experience Specialist

A company is looking for a Provider Experience Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and in a timely manner

Build relationships with medical providers and health plans to obtain required medical charts

Assist with escalated issues and special projects for the Outreach Department

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required

6+ months experience in scheduling or customer service is required

1 year of call center experience, preferably with outbound calls or sales

Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology

Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications
