As part of the SCM Connections team, your role will involve designing and implementing advanced digital planning solutions for clients. You may need to travel to client locations to facilitate these implementations.

Your Impact

You'll engage in the full project lifecycle, from the design phase to the delivery of Advanced Planning Systems (APS) solutions. Your specialization in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP), advanced planning analytics, and machine learning will be crucial in driving successful implementations across different industries.

Your responsibilities include establishing strong relationships with clients as you work on cross-functional supply chain consulting projects. You will aggregate and manage data to support software the implementation and maintenance of supply chain systems, employing advanced analytics, project planning, and tactical support around key SAP IBP modules.

Utilizing data collection tools and methodologies, you'll conduct in-depth analyses of supply chain trends and performance metrics, preparing actionable recommendations for our clients. Working alongside project leads, system architects, and client teams, you’ll help identify data best practices and optimize new reporting features.

This role mandates strong collaboration with both internal product teams and third-party solution providers to shape the future of our offerings based on client needs.

Your primary workplace will be in one of our offices located in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, or Washington DC. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with project teams on intricate supply chain planning challenges, with potential travel to client sites involved.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or business; an MBA or master's in supply chain optimization / operations research / industrial engineering is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in supply chain or a related field.
• Experience in SAP IBP implementation is essential.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory optimization, and operational supply chain fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of data extraction, transformation, analytics, and visualization tools.
• Exposure to advanced optimization techniques like mixed integer linear programming, statistical analyses, and machine learning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual (Spanish / English) capabilities are preferred.
