Job Title
Position duties : Responsible for identifying technical engineering talent externally, drive the flow of software engineering candidates and successfully generate pipeline through strategic sourcing, tapping into underrepresented talent pools, vacancy marketing, networking and brand building. Ensure a smooth recruitment process and work with business recruiting partners to ensure an improved hiring process. Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements of the roles and teams, and how they fit into the organization. Own and manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to final interview stages and act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process. Ensure a smooth front-to-back recruitment process and work to provide a high-touch candidate experience. Directly support the full recruitment lifecycle needs including building a strong, diverse pipeline of highly qualified, passive candidates through direct sourcing activities. Manage the recruitment process including reviewing CVs, interviewing to assess candidate expertise via face-to-face meetings, video and phone calls, offer negotiation / closing, and on-boarding. Build a network in the market. Stay on top of market and employment trends affecting the various groups across engineering and proactively share this information with the wider recruiting team and internal stakeholders. Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders and use data to measure the success and impact of your recruitment efforts. Post vacancies to appropriate websites, leveraging online recruiting resources and our in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit the best candidates.
Job Requirements
Position requires a Bachelor's degree or the foreign equivalent in business administration, human resources management, public relations, or related and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, as a technical engineering sourcer, or related. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, the employer will accept two (2) additional years of experience in the job offered, as a technical engineering sourcer, or related. Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following skills : recruiting methods and sourcing strategies; sourcing external networking tools, jobsites and other search techniques; capture and organize candidate and competitor data; mapping new markets and producing competitor intelligence data reports; onboarding and hiring diverse talent. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Minimum salary : 130,000.00. Maximum salary : 165,000.00. Salary unit : yearly.
