Revenue Cycle Financial Management Director
Job Highlights :
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
- Leads the development of budget, long-term plan and rolling forecast models and other financial as well as business insight tools.
- Identifies and communicates appropriate and relevant financial and operational information and trends as a basis for making management decisions.
- Provides department leaders with the necessary support for evaluation of their monthly operational results and development of annual budgets.
- Responsible for the development and production of routine reports to support operation leaders with managing their department expenses.
- Oversees vendor management activities and assists with contract reviews.
- Manages the financial analysis of revenue cycle operations and the development and distribution of dashboards and key performance metrics to relevant stakeholders throughout the system.
- Directs the daily operations of the financial planning and analysis team and prepares annual goals, objectives, and strategies for the team.
- Recruits, engages, develops, leads, and manages assigned staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or combination of equivalent education and experience
EXPERIENCE
Seven years' experience, with five years' in leadership
