Building Environments Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to 1-2 defined employee teams and / or 1-3 key employees in a hybrid work environment in New York, Boston, or Washington, DC.

The role is part of a connected team that shares workloads, supports each other during vacations, and collaborates to adapt to evolving workflows as the US region grows. You will work with a team of administrative professionals to keep tasks organized and allow technical teams to focus on their specialties. When a new project or museum opens, you will contribute to bringing that project to life.

Your next role

The purpose of this role is to provide all-around administrative support to 1-2 defined employee teams and / or 1-3 key employees. Tasks vary and may include preparing reports, logging and responding to project-related inquiries, formatting large batches of documents, renewing memberships, and coordinating meetings as needed.

  • Providing back-up support to other admins and their teams
  • Managing and coordinating business travel arrangements
  • Providing light facilities back-up when needed
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Your Skills And Experience

We are looking for candidates with the following :

  • Experience in a detail-oriented role or industry with 1-2 years in a support position
  • Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
  • Strong communication skills across email, instant messaging, in-person, video, and phone
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (spreadsheets and databases); ability to learn new software as needed
  • Experience in administrative / office work, travel arrangements, personal assistance, event planning, or similar roles
  • What We Offer

  • Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, based on location, skills, education, and experience
