Supervisor, Video & Digital Partnerships
Assembly is looking for a Supervisor, Video & Digital Partnerships. The Supervisor, Video & Digital Partnerships role is a management position accountable for their assigned client's video and digital direct campaigns, inclusive of TV, OTT / CTV, OLV, and direct IO digital. The role will oversee day-to-day management and planning of client's media services, partner with media channels to set holistic strategies for their account, and implement measurement programs based on campaign needs. The candidate should be a strategic thinker with a media planning background, proven leadership skills and a solid track record of developing and executing campaigns aimed at meeting full funnel goals. The ability to multi-task while under tight deadlines with team members from various disciplines is also required.
Responsibilities
Oversight on all aspects of client's video and digital direct campaigns
Analyze the results and making optimization recommendations while the media is live and using empirical data to improve results for the next buying cycles
Have a clear and technical knowledge of partners' strengths and weaknesses
Work closely with media partners to negotiate packages and offer the best value to clients
Present complex concepts and metrics in a user-friendly way
Responsible for overall media objectives and strategies that fulfill client business goals
Assist with creation of all important plans and presentations
Demonstrate thought leadership and innovation for enhanced media plans and results
Communicate / troubleshoot changes to the field and technical teams relating to our tracking methodology
Look at our products and associated available metrics - and advise how to use / integrate them with overall platform
Oversee Associates and Sr. Associates' work quality and workload, while mentoring and teaching for growth
Qualifications
Experience using comScore and 3rd party ad serving technologies (i.e., DoubleClick)
3-5 years media experience including at least 2 years in interactive planning
Proven leadership skills and management experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically in Media Plan presentations
Diverse account background including some direct response and awareness
2+ years (combined) experience with online media planning and web / media analytics and reporting
2+ years digital or online advertising industry experience preferred
Ability to work with MS Office product suite including exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, Access a plus

Compensation
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $73,000-95,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
