Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage our full cycle accounts payable processes using SAP and Cimmra. This role involves handling non-inventory invoice processing, vendor invoice reviews, and various financial reconciliations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, optimize workflow processes, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate full cycle accounts payable on SAP.
• Process non-inventory invoices on Cimmra / SAP.
• Review vendor invoices, statements, T&E reports, and credit card bills; reconcile discrepancies.
• Close accounts payable and run all month-end reports.
• Process bank transactions, including deposits, check writing, wire transfers, and ACH payments with management approval.
• Coordinate vendor setup and management.
• Optimize workflow and invoice approval processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain MIS using Microsoft Office tools.
• Participate in the annual operating expense budgeting process.
• Conduct periodic closing activities and track provisions month-on-month.
• Prepare and update the list of AMCs and other fixed charges periodically.
• Assist with month-end account (GL) analysis for financial statements and cash flow requirements.
• Lead cash flow management, bank reconciliations, and asset evaluations while maintaining accurate financial records.
• Update and share MIS of utility consumption.
• Support secretarial practices (COSEC) and maintain records as guided by the Corporate Secretarial team.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
