Premier food manufacturer based in Freeport, Nassau County is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist.

This role is five days per week in office for the first three months with one day of hybrid flexibility afterwards, and offers someone with 1+ year of AP experience a chance to work with a collaborative team for one of the region's best food manufacturers.

Job Description

This role will involve :

• PO and invoices processing
• 3 way match
• ACH and Wires
• Posting to the GL
• Various reconciliations
• Creating Journal Entries
• Assisting with the audit
