Job descriptionDaily schedule, look-aheads, and multi-trade coordination, inspections and punch lists / close-out High-end finish standards, mock-ups, and owner / architect walkthroughs Safety culture and logistics (access, staging, corrosion, weather) Bachelors in Construction Management (or formal field management training) 5+ years as Superintendent on custom luxury residences Track record with recognized GC / CM; strong scheduling and QA / QC discipline Delivery Models / Project Types : Cost-Plus; Ground-Up Waterfront; High-end Finishes Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
