Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of customer interactions through calls, live chat, and emails
Deliver accurate account information, process payments, and document all interactions
Manage follow-ups and escalate complex issues with clear documentation
Required Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
2+ years in a high-volume contact center with remote experience
Typing speed of 40+ WPM with strong grammar and spelling
Tech-savvy experience with Genesys and / or Zoho is a plus
Customer-first mindset with empathy and a passion for helping others
