A Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who plans, manages, coordinates, implements, and evaluates the ongoing care and psychosocial needs of the patient.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Social Worker licensed in the State of Texas.
  • Bachelor or Master's degree required.
  • 2 years clinical experience in hospital setting.
  • Prefer Utilization Review / Discharge Planning background.
