About the Role

We are actively seeking a dynamic Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and M&A to play a pivotal role in our organization’s growth. This position focuses on two primary areas : Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Advisor Team Recruitment.

In the M&A sector, you will be the primary contact for prospective M&A opportunities. Your responsibilities will include managing outreach efforts and fostering relationships with potential sellers. This role will involve collaborating closely with a partner in the firm to clearly communicate our unique value proposition and partnership model.

For Advisor Team Recruitment, your mission will be to develop strong relationships with advisor teams and external recruiters, acting as a trusted representative to showcase the firm’s culture, platform, and comprehensive support model.

The ideal candidate will have a robust book of high-net-worth clientele and an established presence in the industry. You will actively represent the firm at various events, leveraging your extensive network to enhance our visibility and uncover new opportunities.
