Job Description

Manage client billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Analyze financial data to support decision-making and strategic planning. Monitor and improve account management procedures for efficiency. Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies in all account-related activities. Prepare and present reports on client account performance to stakeholders. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager Client Accounts should have : Proven experience in client account management within professional services or the legal industry. Strong knowledge of financial processes and billing systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for account management. A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills.
