About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery / Project Manager with strong Scrum Master expertise to lead end-to-end delivery for complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Agile delivery , stakeholder management, and driving execution excellence across multiple teams.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery lifecycle — from planning to execution and post-delivery support.
• Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to define project scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Drive project governance , risk management, and quality assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Track project metrics (velocity, sprint burndown, release progress) and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage project financials , including budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively; escalate critical issues when needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement , collaboration, and accountability within the delivery teams.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
